Needless to say, one followed me home! ;o) My new friend sat on my kitchen table for the rest of the day, and during supper I started to see a card coming together. It was easy to do, paper, punches, a bit of embossing and, voila! A silly monster card was born!

Remember Me

Morning all! I am veering off of the Halloween trend for a bit. I wanted to post this "scrap book page" that I made last night. Its a gift for a girl L'il C horse back rides with who has sold her horse. I thought the sentiment was perfect for her! (The page goes in a frame, but the glare was so bad in the photos, that I took the page out...you'll have to use your imaginations a bit ;o) It is difficult to see in this photo, but the 3 hearts from the Love You Much Stamp Set have been stamped in Real Red Classic Ink up the right hand side of the page. The LO is directly cased from the page we made at the Stampin' Up! Regionals in Hamilton. I will post that picture tomorrow, so you can see what I mean! Have a good day, girls!

Ingredients: (All SU!)
Real Red CS, 5/8" Satin Ribbon and Classic Ink, Tempting Turquoise CS and Classic Ink, Tangerine Tango CS, Whisper White CS, Love You Much Stamp Set, In a Word Stamp Set, Heart to Heart Extra-Large Punch

My Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets Miracle!

Hello all! Now THAT is one long blog title! LOL! Have you all tried the Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets? I have to tell you...it was love at first try for me!!! I have a digital cutter that I bought long before I was an SU! demo. I don't use it too much because taping all the bitty pieces down is a lot of work. Well, I tell you, with the Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets it is soooooo simple! Peel up the printed side, stick your image on the sticky paper, cover with the top layer, rub to adhere the backing on, and peel off! Voila, your own teensy sticker! This is going to work so well for many of the Two Step punches as well...imagine the ease of sticking all those tiny little owl eyes down? Or the branch from the bird punch? The Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets is a MUST HAVE in my studio from now on!!!

Ok...enough raving....here is another quick and easy card (thanks to the Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets!!!) made with a paint chip as a background strip. Hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients:
SU! Pumpkin Pie CS, SU! Basic Black CS, SU! Big Shot Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets, Paint Chip, Gems and Cut outs from my crafty stash.

Pumpkin Poop!

Good morning everyone! Aren't these little Halloween treats super cute? I will be tucking them into the kiddies school bags tomorrow as a special surprise. The poem (it's teensy, I know! If I were making them for sales, I'd definitely make the font larger!) says;

I started to carve a pumpkin,
with my carving knife and scoop.
But the pumpkin got so scared,
he had a little poop!

It looked so cute and funny,
just like a candy treat.
So I'm sharing it with you now,
because you are so sweet!

Most of the pumpkin is made from punches...the eyes are the small circle from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, the stem (its the birds wing, just trimmed) and leaves come from the Extra Large Two-Step Bird Punch, , the pumpkin is the 1 3/4" Circle Extra Large Punch punched out once and cut in half, and again and then hand cut the centre oval from it, and the mouth is half of the 1" Circle Medium Punch, and then teeth cut out of it. The SU! punches sure made this project quick to assemble!

Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Cast-A-Spell DSP (retired), Pumpkin Pie CS, Basic Black CS, Old Olive CS, Always Artichoke Classic Ink, Cajun Craze Classic Ink, Basic Grey Classic Ink, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Extra Large Two-Step Bird Punch, 1 3/4" Circle Extra Large Punch, 1" Circle Medium Punch, poem from Organized Christmas and was printed on office paper.

"Paint Chip"ped Boo!

Hello there bloggy friends! When I was creating yesterdays banner, I was left with the cut out letters...so of course I had to create a card with them! Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Pumpkin Pie CS, Cast-A-Spell DSP (retired), Scallop Trim Border Punch, Cajun Craze Classic Ink. Ribbons, Letters, Button and Gems from my crafty stash.

My Pumpkin

Hi all! Thanksgiving is over, and I am starting on the Halloween treats! Usually over the Thanksgiving weekend my family gets together, picks pumpkins and has a carving contest. However, we didn't get to it this year, as the only day it rained all weekend, was the day we had planned to go pumpkin picking! In anticipation however, I had my pumpkin "bits" all together so I could finish mine quickly and help Big C and L'il C with their carving. As it turned out, mine was the only one bought (and decorated!), so I am a few steps ahead of the game! LOL! Hope you all have a fantastic day!
Hugs,
Robbyn

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you are having a super fantastic day doing exactly what you want to be doing! We will be joining my family (all 15 of us!) at my parents home for Thanksgiving dinner, with a bit of a twist...we'll be having Salmon, not the traditional Turkey. Don't fret friends, we will still get to enjoy pumpkin pie for dessert! ;o) This is a small sample of the table decorations I've made. The Day of Gratitude stamp set is sure a favourite of mine. Happy (Canadian!) Thanksgiving!

Hey-a friends! Hope you are all having a fabby start to your (Canadian!)long Thanksgiving weekend! Here are my Thanksgiving cards. My kidlets gave their teachers a 4 pack of these, blank of course :o) and we will fill out cards to our family, telling them what makes us thankful for them. I hope this doesn't sound hokey, but I am so full of thanks to my family, friends, and experiences, that I absolutely LOVE this time of year. The time to reflect, appreciate, and say thanks to everyone who touches us. So, thanks my bloggy friends, I love being able to come here and post my creations and share what is happening here in our little piece of the world! Happy Thanksgiving, friends, hope you all have a great Holiday!
Hugs,
Robbyn

Pardon the interruption...

Hey all! This is the clock I created at Stampin'palooza this past Saturday. I wasn't planning on posting it until later, but I see it popping up on blogs and various websites, so I figure I'd better jump on the bandwagon to show it off. (click on the picture for an up close view) Stampin'palooza's host, Caroline LeBel, came up with many fabby projects for us to make (5 cards and envies, a candy jar, a super cool holiday planner, 2 gift tags and the clock), of which the clock intimidated me the most. As a result I saved that project until the end, and somehow, I wound up being done all the rest of my projects an hour and a half early. Well, that gave me time to play and create, and in the end I totally loved it!(As did many others...thanks everyone for the creative love sent my way...so honored you all enjoyed it enough to post it on your blogs. Welcome to all the new friends coming this way from other sites!!!) And thanks again to Caroline who provided the clock, the buttons, papers, and gems, the time and the setting in which my creative juices could flow freely!

Ok, sorry for the interruption of the World Card Making Day creations, come back tomorrow to see those posts resumed!

World Card Making Day, Project #2

Hiya friends! Here is the 2nd project the ladies (and children, and man...thanks "C", you are a rocking man stamper! LOL!) could make at my World Card Making Day Celebration, held this past Sunday. Each little folder holds 4 gift cards (3x3") and envies. The package makes a fabby little gift, or project to keep and use for yourself! This project is the only one I actively DISCOURAGED the kids from making...the combo of bleach and Stayz-On ink sent my brain spinning! LOL! The idea from this card came from one we saw demo'd at Regionals. Unfortunately I forget who demo'd it, so if it was you (or you know who it was), let me know so I can thank you properly!

Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Rose Red Card Stock, Stayz-On Black Ink, A Cute Christmas Stamp Set, Polka Dot Background Stamp Set, Patterned Pines Stamp Set, Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon, Pearls from my crafty stash

Hello Ladies! A quick post today, as I am expecting the doorbell to start ringing shortly. The idea for the following 5 envelope/folder/3x3" card holders was demo'd at Convention (with a thank you theme...that would work great as a gift too!), and while I wasn't there, one of my sidelines was, and I saw her sample.
